Director, Enterprise Account Management (Specialty Contractors)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Director, Enterprise Account Management (Specialty Contractors) to manage, grow, and further develop our Sales team.

As a successful Director, Enterprise Account Management (Specialty Contractors), you have outstanding communication, pipeline generation, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills and can seamlessly build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. You have prior B2B SaaS sales experience.

This role reports directly to our CEO and offers the opportunity to work remotely from any US location. Austin, TX is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Drawer AI’s Enterprise Account Management team to drive sales and achieve strategic objectives while fostering a culture of inclusion, high accountability, and collaboration;

• Implement and optimize processes to support team performance, efficiency, learning & development, and product knowledge;

• Lead the team to exceed quotas by executing creative GTM motions while maintaining discipline in sales activities, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting;

• Manage pipeline spanning both fast-closing deals and complex, long-cycle Enterprise opportunities;

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to leverage resources for complex deals and client satisfaction;

• Coach the team on C-suite engagement, multi-stakeholder navigation, P&L-based selling, and high-stakes negotiation;

• Travel 25%–50% to client sites and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of software sales experience with at least 18+ months in a 2nd-line (Commercial+) or Enterprise leadership role;

• Consistent track record of high performance, including closing six- and seven-figure contracts;

• Demonstrated expertise in sales leadership methodologies, territory management, and developing high-performance teams;

• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS models, key metrics, and online sales strategies;

• Experience selling high-value licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations (top ENR segment exposure is a significant advantage);

• Construction industry knowledge preferred;

• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, ambition, and resilience;

• Optimistic, proactive, and competitive professional focused on delivering value-added solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Define and prioritize components for integration based on real-world building logic;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and domain experts;
• Serve as a product lead — driving development from concept to release;

Requirements:
• Strong experience in the AEC industry (architecture, construction, MEP, or related);
