We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to bridge the gap between our software and our customers’ technical needs.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist with expertise in the construction industry to ensure our customers maximize the value of our SaaS platform. This role involves providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers integrate our software into their workflows. The ideal candidate will have both technical and industry knowledge, allowing them to effectively engage with customers and solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Support: Act as a technical liaison between the company and customers, ensuring seamless software adoption and ongoing engagement.
• Technical Guidance: Assist customers with software setup, integrations, and troubleshooting to maximize product value.
• Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Engagement Engineer to analyze technical issues.
• Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team to enhance the platform.
• Automation & Tools: Utilize CRM and customer support tools to streamline communication and tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry with a basic understanding of commercial construction processes
• Familiarity with construction plans
• Excellent English language communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Electrical construction knowledge is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI advancements and incorporate them into our solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, systems, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and other team members.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI and adherence to data privacy and security standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for AI development.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with big data technologies and tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We’re looking for a Product Architect to help shape the next stage of our product. This role combines product leadership with deep industry insight — ideally someone who has both construction field knowledge and product management experience. You’ll help define what components we build, how they integrate, and where our product should go next.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the product roadmap and feature set with a focus on AEC workflows;
• Define and prioritize components for integration based on real-world building logic;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and domain experts;
• Serve as a product lead — driving development from concept to release;
• Translate technical and construction requirements into clear product plans.

Requirements:
• Strong experience in the AEC industry (architecture, construction, MEP, or related);
• Background in product management (or a similar role);
• Understanding of how building components (incl. electrical systems) come together;
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills;
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have:
• Familiarity with commercial electrical power Systems;
• Experience with BIM, construction tech, or IoT in buildings;
